Please note that we are open with our Contactless Assistance.  Our sale events will still go on but how we interact with you will be different in order to keep you and our employees safe.


Here is what is different:

  1. Starting on March 30th, we will only accept credit card payments.  We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

  2. Only employees will be allowed in the store, but we are determined to help you as much as we can.

  3. We ask that you call in your order and pay over the phone before arriving to the store.  This will expedite our process.  The number is 631-543-8455.  If an employee does not pick up, please leave your name and number and we will return your call.

    1. Rather than ask you to come into our store, any item you purchase will be delivered to your vehicle via our rear drive through.  Please do not exit your vehicle.  Please bring your phone and credit card with you when you arrive.

    2. We will interact with you on a first come, first served basis.  We ask you to stay in your vehicle in line until we can help you.  Much of the communication with you will be by phone.

    3. If you arrive at the store and you have not purchased the item, we ask that you call from your vehicle and pay with a credit card.  One of our employees will bring the item outside for you.

    4. If you are ordering parts, please have your part numbers handy and call in.  If you do not have the part number, please have the model and serial number of your unit available when you call in.  Please call before arriving to the store and pay for the item so process moves quickly.

    5. We are accepting repairs.  Please stay in your vehicle and we will help you when you have progressed to be first in line.  We will ask you to call into the shop so we can take your information and process your diagnosis fee.

    6. We are temporarily suspending pickup and delivery service, chain sharpening and “while you wait” services.
